For TRP... everything is LIVE (even if it is NOT)

My friends suggest that I have a bad habit of playing with remote, but today I realized Something strange while doing that. Now a days, TV Channels go to any extent for making the TRP. On 4th Feb 2010-

21:15 to 21:21- CNN IBN -
Digvijay Singh was live with the news anchor(Rajdeep Sardesai, Program- India at 9)
21:18 to 21:20- TIMES Now-

Digvijay Singh was live with the news anchor(Arnav Goswami, Program- The newshour)
Any person can understand that one person can not be live on 2 channels at the same time. If you closely monitor then you will realiz that One of them seemed to be playing the recorded interview showing it live..... Ups... public is not that fool anymore... This is the new way of making things live. What channels do is they put the recordings on the other camera and they repeat the questions live and play the answers accordingly. This should not be considered live atleast when you are playing the video of the earlier interview.
I don't understand one thing, If this is the case, Even though there is a live intraction between the anchor and any personality, I may think that this is a recorded one making it so called Live for TRP reasons.
Recently, Channels have started doing this, and there must be some kind of monitring on this because in a sense it a cheating with the viewers. I hope someone is listening.... atleast the nes cahnnels.
